Find Your Place at BLC
BLC succeeds because of every individual who contributes their talents, compassion, and dedication to our mission. No one person accomplishes this work alone. It takes teamwork, trust, and a shared commitment to serving others.
Since 1952, BLC has been steadily changing and growing — and we’re continuing this journey today. We have earned a reputation as a great place to work in the Northern Kentucky region. In fact, BLC recently received the “Cool Place to Work” award from the 2026 Erlanger Business Council Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Awards.
As the largest provider of housing, healthcare, and a variety of beneficial services for the 55+ community in Northern Kentucky, our work makes a difference each day. We are a nonprofit, faith-based organization that upholds the following core values:
BLC Values
“In response to the call of Jesus Christ, we ...
Work with compassion for senior adults and their
families.
Embrace aging as a valued part of life.
Care for all the needs of those we serve.
Always seek ways to improve and grow.
Respect the dignity of each person.
Exemplify integrity, excellence, and
accountability.”

If you feel called to uphold these values in your own work, then we encourage you to explore the career opportunities across our two campuses: The Village @Erlanger and The Seasons@Alexandria.
