The Village @Erlanger and The Seasons@Alexandria, have highly skilled and professional teams dedicated to personalizing your treatment program in a warm and caring environment. Our team-focused approach integrates with the medical care prescribed by a physician. We work diligently to help you recover, so you can return home when you are ready.
BLC has been serving Northern Kentucky seniors since 1952. Our short-term rehab offers equipment, spacious gyms, a highly skilled team of therapists, and a nursing team. We also have a fully furnished occupational therapy suite designed to prepare you for activities of daily living upon returning home.
