We offer three types of independent senior living at The Village @Erlanger, campus: Long House, Munro House, and Timber Woods.

The Long House features spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bedroom, or studio apartments for the adult 55+. It is conveniently located within walking distance of Kroger, Silverlake Recreation Center, restaurants, Kenton County Library, churches, and more. St. Elizabeth Hospital and Crestview Hills Towne Center are just minutes away.

Residents at the Long House enjoy a family-like atmosphere where staff focus on making everyone feel like each day is full of fun and each person matters. Our team will work with you to choose a service plan to help you stay active and worry free. Staff is on-site 24/7 and we even offer a Nurse Practitioner for your convenience should you ever need health advice.

The Munro House features spacious 1-bedroom apartments for senior adults 62+ who are income and asset qualified. Seniors can enjoy an independent lifestyle in a secure and friendly environment where socialization is the focus.

Residents at the Munro House have access to a community room, on-site coin operated laundry, dining in the grand dining room (for a small fee), convenient parking, and so much more. Applications can always be submitted in-person or by calling Munro House directly at (859) 817-3290.

Designed with your comfort in mind, our beautiful Timber Woods Senior Living Community provides an oasis in a suburban neighborhood where you can live safely, independently, and worry-free. Experience the best of both the convenience to local retailers, fine dining, and banking, while enjoying the tranquility of a quiet and peaceful setting. Timber Woods allows you to spend more time doing what you love, while we handle the responsibilities of lawn care, indoor and outdoor building maintenance, landscaping, and much more.

Additional services include meal plan packages, housekeeping, water, electric, trash, sanitation, and basic cable are included utilities.
