SURVIVOR BENEFITS

 
Basic Term Life/AD&DEach eligible employee is provided with a company-paid $20,000 Basic Life insurance policy. Enrolled spouses and children are provided coverage of $5,000 and $2,000 respectively.
Supplemental Term Life/AD&DEligible employees may purchase additional term life insurance. Guarantee Issue of $150,000 for employee and $25,000 for spouse at initial eligibility.
